We are fast approaching the New Year and I am beyond excited to see where 2015 will take us. Starting January 5th I will be starting a New Year - New Year Challenge Group for a small group of women looking to get fit. This group will not only focus on simple nutrition and fitness but also on personal goal development. One of the best ways to accomplish your hopes, dreams, and wishes is to have the right mind set and tools to develop yourself and help you reach your goals. There will be weekly discussions and daily checkins/recipes/support.
I only have 2 more spots open for this group and I am expecting them to go quick. Other then prepping for my 2015 groups I have come up with some more yummy 21 Day Fix Recipes and I am looking forward to sharing them with all of you! Finally... what everyone has been waiting on, here is this week's Fix Approved Recipe:
21 Day Fix Strawberry Milkshake
1 purple, 1 red, 1 yellow, & 2 tsp from coffee section
- 1 purple container of partially thawed frozen strawberries
- 1 red container of plain Greek or regular yogurt
- 1 cup milk (almond, coconut, or 1% cow)
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 2 tsp of honey (or organic sugar)
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
