It’s finally FRIDAY! Yay!! And the best part about that is it’s a 3 day weekend! Heck yeah! Don’t get me wrong I love my job, but every once and awhile I like to just chill out with my family and relax. There is almost a sense of calm I feel when I know that I don’t have deadlines to focus on for an extra day and I get to just rest and relax with my family.
Today just happens to be my rest / cheat day as well. I know a lot of people tend to have their cheat days on Sundays and refer to them as “Sunday Funday” but I refer to my Fridays as “MyDay Friday”. Tomorrow I will be back at the grind again and I have some pretty yummy yet healthy recipes planned for this weekend. So instead of just posting one recipe this weekend my plan is to post at least 7 so I can get my recipe page filled up with some yummy goodness faster!
So far this is what I have planned for my baking/cooking agenda this weekend: no-bake Shakeology cookies, 21 day fix apple bake, 21 day fix strawberry yogurt, mexican chicken, and homemade whole wheat bread.
I know you’re probably thinking, “Wait I thought you said 7 recipes? That’s only 5!”
Don’t worry I know how to count :) … This week I also made a few recipes that I plan on posting. Those recipes included: 21 Day Fix chicken parmesan and 21 day fix oven baked fries; which I will be posting this weekend as well!
